Sometimes asbestos-containing ceilings, flooring, wall insulation or spray coatings are too damaged to remove any other way, while the rest of the building is in good, asbestos-free condition. For those jobs, we use selective interior demolition. We contain and remove only the affected areas and protect the parts of the building that stay, and where possible we salvage and recycle materials that were not affected.

I needed several repairs done so I could meet my closing deadline. Matt assured me it would be no problem. He had my countertop repaired in a couple of days. Then a team showed up and repaired some ductwork in the attic and did mold restoration under the house. They did an amazing job and in a timely manner. And as with projects and a client that needed everything done yesterday, there were a couple of things that needed addressed after the team left. Now mind you, we live way out of town in Chadwick. It is 45 minutes to anything. So when I asked them to look at the issues, Adrian came out to promptly address these issues and assured me it would be taken care of. It was a Sunday. I didn’t expect anything to get taken care of on a Sunday. The closing is Thursday and the inspector is coming back out to inspect the work, right??? Well about 45 minutes later another truck pulled into my driveway. A guy walked up and was introduced to me. It was John, the owner of ABC. Now when I tell you I was surprised that they were addressing these issues on a Sunday, you can imagine how confident I felt knowing the OWNER OF THE COMPANY came out to make sure everything was done and done right was amazing. I will close on time and the sump pump has been replaced, hand rails added to the deck, and the inspector will check every box that I asked ABC Environmental Contracting to check. So if you need a job done and a job done right that you can count on, I highly recommend you call these people. They aren’t just a company working to earn a check. These are people that care and take pride in their craft. And Adrian even lit my hot water heater and closed my garage door that I left open. These are people you can depend on. We absolutely love and appreciated all the guys who work for this place! We had a tree fall through our roof during a storm and these guys worked for at least 12 hours straight…We absolutely love and appreciated all the guys who work for this place! We had a tree fall through our roof during a storm and these guys worked for at least 12 hours straight the day after removing debris and gutting the rooms of our house that had severe rain damage. When they left late that night they were still friendly and smiling even though I knew they were dog tired! They kept showing up for the next free days making sure all our concerns were met while helping other homes that were in the same situation as us. I simply do not know how these guys kept up such a good attitude but they did! Really love this business and would highly recommend it! Read more
