ABC Environmental Contracting Services is thrilled to announce that the company has recently received A+ Accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Our over a decade offering home and business owners in the St Louis, Missouri, area 24-hour emergency damage restoration has now been formally recognized with this accreditation.

What does it mean to be BBB accredited?

Being BBB accredited demonstrates that ABC Environmental Contracting Services has met certain standards of trust and ethical practices set by the Better Business Bureau, a non-profit organization that aims to advance marketplace trust.

The BBB Accreditation Seal adds additional credibility to more than 400,000 businesses across North America.

To become accredited, a business must apply to the BBB and undergo a review process, which includes a thorough evaluation of its business practices, such as advertising, customer service and complaint handling.

If a business is BBB accredited, it means that it has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining high standards of trust and ethical practices in its interactions with customers and the community. This is a positive signal to potential customers that the business is reputable and reliable.

What does an A+ rating mean?

Not only has ABC Environmental Contracting Services been accredited, it has received an A+ rating - the highest rating a business can receive from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The BBB evaluates various factors, such as the length of time the business has been operating, any history of complaints or legal actions, and the business's efforts to address and resolve customer issues.

This A+ rating, therefore, means that ABC Environmental Contracting Services has met or exceeded the BBB's standards for trust and ethical practices, including a commitment to resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

It also shows that we have demonstrated a high level of transparency and integrity in our operations, from restoring fire, smoke and water damage, to asbestos removal, mold remediation and more.

About ABC Environmental Contracting Services

As our new BBB A+ Accreditation shows, ABC Environmental Contracting Services is the damage restoration company that Missouri homeowners and businesses can rely on.

Backed up by over a decade of experience, our team of highly trained and certified technicians can handle all home damage restoration projects. We use advanced equipment and techniques to minimize disruption and return properties to their normal state as quickly as possible.

We offer a range of damage restoration services catering to customers' needs throughout the St. Louis, Chesterfield and Wentzville areas, including:

Asbestos removal

At ABC Environmental Contracting, we offer professional asbestos removal services, removing all hazardous material quickly and protecting clients from harmful respiratory conditions such as lung cancer, mesothelioma and asbestosis.

Water damage restoration

Our approach to addressing water damage involves identifying and halting the water source, utilizing pumps and vacuums to remove standing water, employing fans and dehumidifiers to dry out affected areas, and repairing or replacing all water-damaged materials to prevent the growth of mold and the development of unpleasant odors. Whether it's a burst or leaking pipe, an overflowing appliance, or flash flooding, we have the expertise to handle the situation effectively.

Fire damage restoration

No matter the extent, fire can cause immense damage to a property. Our team is equipped to assist by evaluating the damage, clearing debris and damaged materials, sanitizing and cleaning affected areas, eradicating smoke and soot, deodorizing, and repairing and restoring the property. Additionally, we offer water damage restoration and mold remediation services if the property was impacted by firefighting efforts.

Mold removal

Moisture often leads to the growth of mold, which can pose health risks and result in property damage if not addressed promptly. Our team is capable of pinpointing the source of the issue, safely removing affected materials, cleaning surfaces, purifying the air of spores, and providing preventative measures to avoid future mold growth and unpleasant odors.

Flood cleanup

Our flood cleanup services efficiently remove water from the affected area, followed by thorough drying and dehumidification. We also provide cleaning and sanitation of damaged materials and surfaces, and implement mold remediation to prevent future water damage.

Disaster recovery

Missouri residents are no strangers to extreme weather conditions such as ice storms, tornadoes, severe storms and flooding. If such conditions strike, we’re here to help. Our services include the removal of debris, fixing leaks, eliminating standing water, cleaning and drying affected areas, repairing structural damage, and restoring any damaged belongings.
