Controlled Demolition

ABC Environmental Contracting Services Of St. Louis specializes in environmental controlled demolition for asbestos abatement in buildings of all shapes and sizes. When it comes to asbestos removal, many times demolition is required to fully and effectively eliminate the affected area. Our environmental demolition process complies with all asbestos demolition regulations and complies with OSHA, EPA, and DOL. We pride ourselves on maintaining safe sites for jobs that are completely in a timely and budget friendly manner.

Interior Demolition For Asbestos Removal

Sometimes asbestos affected ceilings, vinyl floors, wall insulation, and spray coating are so damaged that they need to be demolished. Many times, however, the rest of your building is in great, asbestos-free condition. For these types of situations, we employ interior demolition for asbestos removal. We contain and demolish the asbestos ridden areas while preserving other structures of your building. In addition to containing and removing the hazardous materials, we also contribute to environmental efforts by salvaging and recycling any materials that are not affected.

One call to ABC Environmental and they responded very quickly and with ongoing professionalism. Dakota was my initial contact and he went out of his way to make sure all aspects of the process were well managed from initial mitigation through return of the restored furniture. Thank you Dakota and ABC! Read more

From the moment she arrived to clean up and repair the water damage to our home, she demonstrated expertise, confidence in her knowledge and skills, leadership with her team, and impeccable customer service. My family and I were immediately put at ease by Megan’s manner and extensive knowledge. She clearly knew her business and got right to work. She was thorough and professional the entire time. All of our questions were addressed patiently and completely. She arrived when promised and called and messaged when she said she would. The work was completed quickly and well. The team cleaned up everything as they left. Cleaning up from a water incident in one’s home is never going to be a good time, but Megan made the experience as easy and pain free as possible. Any company would be lucky to have her on staff! Read more

We had a tree fall through our roof during a storm and these guys worked for at least 12 hours straight the day after removing debris and gutting the rooms of our house that had severe rain damage. When they left late that night they were still friendly and smiling even though I knew they were dog tired! They kept showing up for the next free days making sure all our concerns were met while helping other homes that were in the same situation as us. I simply do not know how these guys kept up such a good attitude but they did! Really love this business and would highly recommend it! Read more

He even went above and beyond when I left for a trip and left some items... he mailed me the items and texted pictures of the crew's progress. ABC also custom ordered cabinets that more closely matched the damaged ones. Overall I am very pleased. Read more
